Ninja, Trouble,
I must admit, I was excited to discover that this week’s theme is art. As an artist myself, I find beauty in everything. From the beautiful things in this world to the terrible things, they all exist to serve their own unique purpose.
The two paintings on the far left and the painting on the far right are my own. The other two are originally from Russia—the country in which I was conceived.
Yoga is an art form. And just like any other art form, there is no “right” way to do it. All that truly matters is that the subject loves and enjoys every single moment of their creation.
Hope you all are well,
ny

I really admire your dedication to using yoga in all of your photos and submissions. It’s clear the practice has helped you feel your body is a sculpture that you can form into beautiful and strong shapes. And thank you for showing off some of your paintings, I’m definitely impressed you’re a very talented ninja. I’m glad you were excited about the theme this week.

My naked body is not sinful or immoral. It is not dirty or bad or wrong. My naked body is not pornographic, obscene, or “slutty.”

My naked body is just a body.

Any negative ideas you have about a naked body are due to sexualizing bodies, and the idea that sex is a dirty thing.

Why are you offended by and afraid of your own anatomy?

Get over it.

My naked body is just a body.
